I’m so sad to be leaving this review because I absolutely love Dr. Denyer, Viola, and Sara. I’ve had excellent experiences in the past. However, I just had a disheartening experience I unfortunately will need to seek other care for myself and family. I came in for a routine cleaning - after being in the office for almost 2 hours, I left without a cleaning and without being able to schedule one. After my periodontal exam I was told there was “suggested” testing and a deep cleaning was recommended. After asking if I could remove the “suggested” testing & cleaning aspects as my family couldn’t afford the current out of pocket expense at this time as we just had a baby ($1000+ for a teeth cleaning AFTER insurance), the scheduler said no (even though i had declined similar service in previous appointments). I asked again if there were any more middle of the road options so that I could still receive any form of dental care but that was within my families current financial abilities and was again told no. I then said I would need to wait to decide and the scheduler said “fine” and walked out of the room - chair still raised, bib still on. I felt like I was being discarded because I could not afford to pay $1000 out of pocket that day to get my teeth cleaned. Again, super sad to be writing this because my past experiences have all been incredible. Not sure if they changed their policies or this one scheduler was particularly uninformed / rude, but I simply have no other option to go elsewhere as they will not allow me to schedule a more affordable cleaning option. I understand they have a medical standard to uphold, but I do believe that patients should have somewhat of a say in their care. UPDATE: I’m updating this review after Dr. Fili and Dr. Denyer called to clarify and apologize for the experience. It seems to be a misunderstanding by the scheduler. We were able to work out a more affordable solution and it is apparent that both doctors truly care about their patients and the offices reputation. I am grateful they took the time to reach back out and offer an option which will allow my family to stay with this practice.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tristancho today, and I was truly impressed with the entire process. I’ve never had a more thorough consultation, exam and cleaning! The entire team was very kind and did a great job explaining the process and “why” behind everything they did. I will definitely be coming back for future dental needs!
